A place to hear yourself—and feel more like yourself—again.

Sandy Swinhart

Sandy teaches accessible, functional Yin Yoga for people who know how to keep going but want a place to hear themselves again. Her work combines anatomy-informed variations with an inward practice of curiosity, self-connection, and the freedom to practice—and live—more fully as yourself.

Her teaching is rooted in extensive study of Yin Yoga and Functional Anatomy, including trainings with Bernie Clark and Joe Barnett. She emphasizes joint mobility, nervous system regulation, and honoring each body's unique design rather than chasing ideal shapes.

"Yin is where I reconnect with myself beneath the noise. I teach it for people who need that too."

A lifelong overachiever, avid hiker, entrepreneur, and devoted dog mom, Sandy brings a grounded, no-fluff approach to Yin Yoga.

Quiet the outside. Reconnect within. Feel free to be fully yourself.
